SAP SE (Germany). In Ukraine, SAP Business One is sold and implemented by SAP partners; SAP Ukraine describes it as a solution "localised through partners".
In short
- SAP publishes no prices, and neither do Ukrainian partners. At German partners' prices, the subscription with hosting for a producer with 8 people at a desk costs ₴1,891,884–2,153,838 over three years; UGLA for all 25 people ₴474,674.
- Only partners implement it: German partners quote from about €15,000 for 4 users to €60,000–80,000 for a manufacturer with 20. UGLA's implementation costs $300 once, and nothing until the end of 2026.
- Ukrainian tax reporting and payroll are partner modules with no published price. SAP describes no PRRO and no signing with Diia.
- Production orders, bills of materials and MRP are in both.
- UGLA's price includes hiring, the rota, payroll, training, chats and tasks. SAP Business One has employee records, activities and projects; payroll comes from partners, and no group chats or training are described.

Even without implementation or Ukrainian localisation, SAP Business One's subscription with hosting at German partners' prices costs 4–5 times as much as UGLA, while UGLA counts 3–4 times as many people. Implementation for a 20-user manufacturer with a German partner is €60,000–80,000, about ₴3–4 M.
UGLA's implementation and data migration are free until 31.12.2026. After that, add $300 once (₴13,500 at the NBU rate) to UGLA's three-year cost.

A subsidiary of an international group on SAP
If the parent company runs SAP, Business One in the subsidiary connects to it with SAP's own tools. That may weigh more than the price.
A company in several countries
SAP Business One is sold in many countries through more than 850 partners (by SAP's figures); for a group with entities abroad that may decide it.

- The low end is init consulting's subscription (Professional €91, Limited €47) with WUD's hosting from €50 per user; the high end is MARINGO's all-inclusive cloud (€159 and €115). Professional is for the people with full access, Limited for the other people at a desk.
- Not counted: implementation (partners only), Ukrainian localisation (partner modules, prices not published), AI on SAP BTP.
- UGLA's subscription is converted at the NBU rate of 20.10.2026: ₴45.0013 per $1; SAP partners' prices at ₴50.5311 per €1.
- The 6–17% procurement saving UGLA brings is not in the chart.
- Not counted: tools beside it for chat, tasks and training, such as Slack Pro ($7.25–8.75 per user a month) or Jira Standard ($9.70), and a partner's payroll module. Each of them widens the difference.
Questions
Is SAP Business One available in Ukraine?
Yes, through SAP partners; they, not SAP, provide the Ukrainian localisation. Ukrainian partners publish no prices.
What about SAP for construction?
Construction is not among SAP Business One's industries on SAP's site. The comparisons for a building company are on the BAS/1C Construction, Odoo and Business Central pages.
Why does the chart show only subscription and hosting?
SAP publishes no prices, and neither do Ukrainian partners; we used German partners' published prices. Implementation and Ukrainian localisation are not counted, as their prices for Ukraine are not published.
