UGLA or Odoo over three years
UGLA's subscription costs about as much as Odoo Custom's, although everyone has a seat in UGLA and Odoo counts only the people at a desk. Implementation makes the difference: UGLA's costs $300 once, and nothing until the end of 2026.

In short
- To visitors from Ukraine, Odoo shows Custom at €27.90 per user per month billed yearly and €33.90 monthly. In our scenarios UGLA's subscription runs from 12% below to 25% above it, while UGLA counts 3–4 times as many people.
- Odoo's implementation is a Success Pack: 200 hours for €10,800, or €54 an hour. UGLA's implementation costs $300 once, and nothing until the end of 2026.
- Over three years, with implementation at Odoo's price, UGLA is 49–56% cheaper.
- Odoo has a localisation module for Ukraine but does not describe what it covers (chart of accounts, tax reporting, payroll, PRRO). UGLA includes all of them.
- HR, training, chats and tasks are in Odoo too: every app is in the plan. Odoo has no Ukrainian payroll module.

Odoo's subscription alone costs less than UGLA in some scenarios and more in others. The largest line in Odoo is implementation at Odoo's price, €54 an hour; UGLA's costs $300 once, and nothing until the end of 2026. If Ukrainian reporting and payroll are kept in a separate program (such as BAS Accounting and Payroll with ITS and a connection between the systems), add about ₴133,000 over three years.
UGLA's implementation and data migration are free until 31.12.2026. After that, add $300 once (₴13,500 at the NBU rate) to UGLA's three-year cost.

When to pick Odoo
One company, and enough with the people at a desk
Odoo Standard (one company, €14.90 per user per month) for 8 people at a desk costs about ₴6,000 a month, less than half of UGLA for 25 people. If Standard is enough and stock and the floor do not work in the system, Odoo costs less.
A company in several countries
Odoo has localisations for many countries and thousands of community modules. If most of your legal entities are outside Ukraine, Odoo's breadth may weigh more.
Your own Python developers
Odoo is open source in Python. If you have a team that already knows it, custom work may cost you less.

- 6 full seats, 8 in stock and production, 11 on the floor: 6 × $30 + 8 × $10 + 11 × $3 = $293 a month. 8 people at a desk. Implementation 200 hours, changes and support 4 hours a month. Purchases ₴2.5 M a month.
- Manufacturer, 80 people
- A plant, a warehouse and wholesale. 15 · 25 · 40: 15 × $25 + 25 × $10 + 40 × $3 = $745. 20 people at a desk. Implementation 500 hours, support 10 hours a month. Purchases ₴10 M.
- Manufacturing group, 190 people

Questions
Does Odoo have a Ukrainian localisation?
Odoo lists Ukraine among the countries with a fiscal localisation module. It does not describe what the module covers (chart of accounts, tax reporting, payroll, PRRO); ask a partner.
Why does UGLA count more people?
Odoo counts the people at a desk; in UGLA everyone who works in the system has a seat, including stock, the floor and the site at $10 or $3. Even so, UGLA's subscription is close to Odoo Custom's.
What happens to our data in Odoo?
The UGLA team moves your reference lists, stock and history; migration is free until 31 December 2026.
