What hurts in retail

  1. “I don't know the real stock in each shop and the warehouse.”

    Every location's stock, now

The till, warehouses and transfers work on the same data. Before ordering you can see where the product already is, and move it from another location.

The UGLA menu: every section of one system
  2. “Online orders, Nova Poshta and the till live apart.”

One stock for the website and the till

Website orders, delivery and statuses, the website's catalog and the till work from one stock count, so a product is never sold twice.

1stock count for the till, the website and delivery

  4. Planning purchases takes the team at least two working days.

Two days of planning in 5–10 minutes

Smart supply-chain optimization turns client orders, the sales plan and stock into supplier orders and transfers between locations in one run.

5–10 mininstead of at least two working days for the purchasing team

  5. One product is entered several times, and more is bought while it is still in stock.

    2.5–4% less on purchasing

UGLA pays for itself from 0.4–1.7% of your purchasing. A chain of 5 shops buying ₴3 million a month saves ₴75,000–120,000 against a ₴15,525 subscription.

    5–8×a 5-shop chain's saving over its subscription

  6. One product is entered several times, and more is bought while it is still in stock.

    2.5–4% less on purchasing

Products come from reference lists, so one product is not entered twice or bought again while it is still in stock.

2.5–4%less on purchasing in retail once the duplicates go

  7. “There is a sales plan; the actual comes at the end of the month.”

Plan and actual by channel, daily

A multi-level sales plan is spread across locations and channels, and the actual is counted from receipts and orders, with no Excel roll-ups.

Same milk, one item

The merchandiser writes “Milk 2.5% 900g”, the supplier's invoice says “Mlk 2.5% 900”, the web shop manager “milk 2,5 900 g”. In an ordinary nomenclature that is five products: the stock is split between them, and milk gets reordered while it is already in the stockroom. UGLA builds the name from reference lists, so the product exists once.

How much do you buy?

75,000₴ a month, 2.5% of purchasing

The low end: retail saves at least 2.5% of purchasing once duplicate products are gone.

The life of one website order

From the basket on the website to the owner's plan and actual, an order goes through six stages. Each press of “Next step” takes one step in both shops at once.

Common questions

Aren't a separate till, website and CRM cheaper?

What about sizes and variants?

Size grids are set per product, and labels are printed from your own templates.

Can we move off BAS without stopping work?

Yes. The UGLA team moves your reference lists, stock and history, and for a month you work in both in parallel. Data migration is free until 31 December 2026.
