What it does
Your permissions, not its own
The assistant has no permissions of its own: it sees and does only what the person asking may. When something is not allowed, it says which permission is missing.
Questions no report answers
"Which three suppliers did we buy the most spinach from in March?" The assistant writes the query to your data itself, and runs saved reports by name.
Files
Reads and creates PDF, Excel, Word and CSV. It sees a waybill or a scan as a page, so a line's price and total never run together.
Asks instead of inventing
When data is missing it asks a question, and it checks its own tables and charts before showing them.
Acts, not just answers
Works with marketing campaigns, optimises prices, helps choose suppliers, analyses employees and locations.
Links to the records
Its answers link to documents and records in UGLA, which open if you have access to them.
Private
The models are hosted by DigitalOcean in UGLA's own cloud infrastructure, with no third-party AI service and no internet access.

Where does the data the AI assistant works with go?
Nowhere outside UGLA. We host the AI models in our own cloud infrastructure, so your data does not go to third-party AI services. The assistant sees only what the person asking can see.
How much does the assistant cost?
Nothing on top of the seats: the assistant is included in the price, and no separate AI subscription is needed.
