- UGLA's subscription is 55–57% below Business Central Premium for a manufacturer and 41–47% below Essentials for a building company.
- UGLA counts 3–4 times as many people: everyone who works in the system has a seat, not only the people at a desk.
- Business Central's Ukrainian localisation comes from Microsoft's partners; neither it nor implementation has a published price, so the chart shows the subscription only. UGLA's implementation costs $300 once, and nothing until the end of 2026.
- UGLA's price includes hiring, the rota, training, chats, calls and tasks. Business Central has basic HR and tasks, chat through Microsoft Teams in Microsoft 365, and Ukrainian payroll from partners.

When to pick Business Central
A company on Microsoft 365
Business Central is closely tied to Outlook, Excel and Teams. If the whole company works in Microsoft 365, that may weigh more.
A group with entities in several countries
Microsoft localises Business Central for many countries. If most of your entities are outside Ukraine, that may decide it.
