What hurts in construction
“Material overruns on a site: we see them when it is too late.”
Budget and actual for every site
Materials, machinery and services are tracked per site, an overrun shows at once, and leftover materials can be passed to another site.
Where is concrete over budget this month?
UGLA AI assistantSection 2 of the Podil complex: 18 m³ over the estimate, 9% more. Section 3 has 6 m³ left that can be moved. Create a transfer?
“Acts with contractors: a paper mess.”
Acts signed in Diia
Contractor orders, waybills and acts in one system, signed through Diia and QES, with no printing and no couriers.

“The unit chart is in Excel, and managers sell the same flat twice.”
A live unit chart
Flats and premises with booking and sale statuses, investment contracts and buyers in the CRM. The same flat cannot be sold twice.
1unit chart for every manager, updated at once
The same materials are entered under different names and bought twice.
6–17% less on purchasing
Materials come from reference lists, so there are no duplicates. A 30-person contractor buying ₴3 million a month saves ₴180,000–510,000 against a ₴13,230 subscription.
14–39×the saving over the subscription for a 30-person contractor
The same materials are entered under different names and bought twice.
6–17% less on purchasing
Materials come from reference lists, so there are no duplicates, and the same concrete or rebar is not ordered twice under different names.
6–17%less on purchasing materials in construction
“Everything runs on BAS, and every change goes through a programmer.”
28–52% cheaper than BAS/1C Construction
Over three years, implementation and support included. The move pays back in a month of the low-end saving, and data migration is free until 31 December 2026.

Common questions
We are on BAS/1C Construction. What happens to our data?
We move the reference lists, sites, stock and history, and for a month you work in parallel. Data migration is free until 31 December 2026.
Does UGLA suit a developer, not just a contractor?
Yes: the unit chart, bookings, sales, investment contracts and buyers in the CRM work together with construction and accounting.
How long does the launch take?
2–4 weeks from contract to work: set-up and training run in parallel. Before buying, you can run a 14-day pilot on your own data.
Is our data protected?
Yes. UGLA is certified to the international standards for information security, ISO/IEC 27001, and quality, ISO 9001, and backups are included in the price.
Where does the data the AI assistant works with go?
Nowhere outside UGLA. We host the AI models in our own cloud infrastructure, so your data does not go to third-party AI services. The assistant sees only what the person asking can see.
What hardware do we need?
Ordinary phones, tablets and computers with a modern browser, plus common receipt and label printers. We will tell you what suits you; hardware is bought separately.
Can we move to UGLA without stopping work?
Yes. The UGLA team moves your reference lists, stock and history, and for a month you work in both in parallel. Implementation and data migration are free until 31 December 2026.
Do the EU prices include IVA?
No. Prices for the European Union are shown without IVA; the tax is charged under your country's rules.
