What hurts in a restaurant
“The till here, stock there, accounting in BAS, and the numbers never match.”
One system from table to ledger
The waiter, the kitchen, stock and accounting work from one receipt: the order, the kitchen screen, the write-off by tech card, the PRRO receipt, the postings. Nothing is moved by hand.
“The till here, stock there, accounting in another program, and the numbers never match.”
One system from table to ledger
The waiter, the kitchen, stock and accounting work from one receipt: the order, the kitchen screen, the write-off by tech card, the fiscal receipt, the postings. Nothing is moved by hand.
“I can't see the real food cost at each location.”
Food cost and margin per location
Cost is calculated from tech cards and real purchase prices. A new supplier price re-costs the menu at once, and the report shows revenue, cost of sales, food cost and margin.

One ingredient is written under five names, and it is bought five times.
6–17% less on purchasing
For venues with their own kitchen: tech cards take ingredients from reference lists, so there are no duplicates. A restaurant buying ₴240,000 a month saves ₴14,400–40,800 against a ₴10,755 subscription.

“Write-offs and theft: we find out at the end of the month.”
Write-offs visible the same day
Stock writes off ingredients by tech card from every receipt, negative balances are compensated and shown in a report, and a stock count compares the actual with the expected.

“Discounts and promotions eat the margin.”
Promotions that see the margin
Discounts, promo codes, loyalty and gift certificates in one module, and a compatibility matrix decides how offers combine. Loyalty cards in Apple and Google Wallet.
“Bolt Food, Uklon: one more tablet on the bar.”
Aggregators on one board
Orders from Bolt Food and Uklon Delivery land on the same delivery board as your own couriers and go the same way: kitchen, stock, receipt, accounting.

What it looks like in a venue
UGLA's real screens from a demo venue: the till, the kitchen, the QR menu, tech cards, purchasing, loyalty and staff.
Till
The waiter opens a table on the floor plan, adds dishes and splits the bill, and runs the same order from their phone. Till and fiscal receipts →
Kitchen
A new ticket lands on the kitchen screen: the cook starts the dishes and marks them ready, and the waiter sees it on the phone. Production and recipe cards →
QR menu
The guest scans the QR code on the table, picks dishes and orders: the order goes straight to the kitchen and points are added. QR menu and table ordering →
Tech cards

A dish built from the reference lists, gross and net, its yield and the cost of a portion: food cost works itself out. Production and recipe cards →
Purchasing

A supplier order with the supplier's new prices: what went up shows before the goods arrive. Stock and purchasing →
Loyalty

The venue's card in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet: the guest's points, tier and visits, with no app of its own. Marketing and loyalty →
Staff

A venue's week in the rota: shifts, hours and the staff's answers, and an open shift shows at once. People and payroll →
The life of one order

14,400₴ a month, 6% of purchasing
The low end: venues with their own kitchen save at least 6% of purchasing once duplicate ingredients are gone.

Common questions
Isn't a plain POS system cheaper?
On subscription, yes. But a POS system covers only the till, while UGLA runs the whole restaurant: the kitchen, stock, purchasing and accounting. Counting the saving on purchasing, UGLA comes out ahead: for a restaurant, the low end of 6% covers the difference to a POS system with separate accounting from ₴82,000 of purchases a month.

Does UGLA work for a café or a coffee shop?
Yes. The till, the kitchen, stock and recipe cards work just as they do in a restaurant. You need at least 5 full-access seats, and the floor, the till and the kitchen take cheaper seats. The pricing page works out what it costs you.
How many tills can we connect?
As many as you need: UGLA's own PRRO works on every till at no extra cost.
How many tills can we connect?
As many as you need: each cashier takes a “Till and stock” seat, €20 a month without IVA.
Our accountant is used to BAS. Will they cope?
Yes. Ukrainian reporting is in UGLA, and we train the accountant during the pilot on your data.
Can we move off BAS without stopping work?
Yes. The UGLA team moves your reference lists, stock and history, and for a month you work in both in parallel. Data migration is free until 31 December 2026.

How long does the launch take?
2–4 weeks from contract to work: set-up and training run in parallel. Before buying, you can run a 14-day pilot on your own data.
What hardware do we need?
Ordinary phones, tablets and computers with a modern browser, plus common receipt and label printers. We will tell you what suits you; hardware is bought separately.
Where does the data the AI assistant works with go?
Nowhere outside UGLA. We host the AI models in our own cloud infrastructure, so your data does not go to third-party AI services. The assistant sees only what the person asking can see.
Do the EU prices include IVA?
No. Prices for the European Union are shown without IVA; the tax is charged under your country's rules.
How does UGLA fiscalize receipts in the EU?
Through its integration with fiskaly, which covers every kind of fiscalization in Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Czechia and Sweden.
