Last week, representatives of the construction industry from all over southern Ukraine gathered at the Mykolaiv Construction College for the conference “HR Technologies of the Construction Industry 2023: Challenges, Tasks, Prospects.” The organizers were the Union of Builders of Southern Ukraine and the Mykolaiv Construction Vocational College.

Among the key speakers was our STO, Mykhailo Kushnir, who presented an innovative ERP/CRM system for the construction industry aimed at controlling all stages of construction and human resources management. Overall, the conference was an important event for the industry, where innovation and collaboration were at the center of attention. The participants of the event expressed hope for further cooperation and development of the construction industry in Ukraine.
