In all industries, through social media integrations (Instagram, Facebook), users can now schedule posts, respond to comments and inquiries directly through the UGLA ERP system. The logistics-related functions now include the option to specify a contact person, which will facilitate the process of creating an invoice and tracking shipments from Nova Poshta users. Positions now displays a specific department and location.
We also note the updated features by industry, as some differences in the developments are due to the specifics of each area.
Restaurant industry
Important updates have been made to automate updates for distribution centres: the system automatically generates orders for goods based on sales when the stock level in the warehouse drops to a certain level. In the Report section, the report will be updated according to the chart of accounts.
Construction
This industry has also received a number of important updates: in Suppliers, you can synchronise and update prices via Excel. The invoices show the location of receipt and automatically create a transfer if the order is sent to another warehouse. The team has also added the ability to enter different batches by barcode and excise tax.
Retail and manufacturing
You can specify the warranty period in Components and Finished goods. When a customer’s order is in the Collected status, the warranty period will be displayed on the dashboard. Order invoices can be created in different currencies and the exchange rate can be adjusted, which simplifies work in international markets. A barcode search function has been added to make it easier to find customer orders. In the Order to Supplier and Waybill, you can now adjust the task template or create new ones, which will greatly facilitate the organisation of workflows. For added convenience, you can add a coefficient and print in Excel format to write-off certificates based on the flow chart. In addition, a module has been added to production that displays the available quantity of goods by location, which will be a significant advantage in procurement planning and supply chain management.
