Definition
Site user (hereinafter “User”) – a person who has access to the Site via the “Internet” network and uses the Site

Site administration – authorized employees of the Site management who organize and (or) carry out the processing of personal data, as well as determine the purpose of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

These Rules and conditions of use of the Site (hereinafter also “Rules”) are a public contract of affiliation between the Limited Liability Company “MOI Tech” (hereinafter “Owner”) and each registered User of the site.
By using the Site, you accept and agree to these Terms and conditions of use of the site https://ugla.ua. Please do not use the Site if you do not agree with these Terms.
Rules
The information posted on the Site can be used only if all requirements are met, so please read the Rules carefully. If you do not agree with these Rules, please refuse to use the information.

The Site Administration reserves the right at its own discretion to make changes and amendments at any time, as well as to supplement or delete any sections of these Rules, in whole or in part. Changes made to the Rules will be effective immediately after the notification of the corresponding changes is posted on the Site.
Your continued use of the Site after posting a notice of changes in the Rules means your acceptance of these changes.
The site administration may at any time, without prior notice, cancel, change, correct any errors or omissions in any section of the Site, as well as make other changes to the materials of the Site and place information on it, suspend or terminate the operation of various sections of the Site , including access to some features of the Site. The site administration may also impose restrictions on certain functions and services or restrict your access to certain sections of the Site or to the entire Site without notice and any liability on its part.
Security
The site user must not:

- carry out any actions, as a result of which the infrastructure of the Site will be exposed to a disproportionately large and unreasonable load (for example, sending mass emails “spam”);

Limitation of liability
The administration of the site shall not be liable under any circumstances for any direct, indirect, incidental, actual or incidental damages or incidental punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages caused in connection with loss of business, failure to conclude a contract, failure to receive income, data, information or interruption in productive activity) that arose as a result of or in connection with the use or impossibility of using the Site or its content;

Resolution of conflicts and disputes
A user who believes that his/her rights and/or interests have been violated by the Site Administration can send a claim by e-mail to the address sales@ugla.ua indicating the full name (for legal entities) or first, last and patronymic ( for individuals), as well as the return address (postal and electronic) and contact phone number.
Within 10 (ten) working days after receiving the claim, the Site Administration undertakes to send a substantial response to the e-mail address of the sender in the claim.
The site administration is released from the obligation to consider anonymous complaints or complaints that contain false or incomplete information about the sender.
If the sender is not satisfied with the response received from the site Administration, or the user did not receive it at the appointed time, the procedure must be carried out again by mail. The e-mail address sales@ugla.ua is used for these purposes. In this case, the response period will be extended to 10 (ten) working days.
All disputes and disagreements related to the use of the Site and/or arising in connection with these Rules shall be resolved by the parties through negotiations. If the relevant dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it is resolved in a court of law according to the established jurisdiction and jurisdiction of such a dispute in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. Disputed legal relations are governed by the law of Ukraine.
