At the end of January this year, our team shared our aspirations to join the reform of Ukrainian education and stated that we wanted to contribute to the training of qualified specialists. At that time, we successfully held an introductory presentation for representatives of the departments and started negotiations on the approval of the future curriculum.

The day before yesterday, on 8 April, UGLA and Kyiv Aviation Institute officially announced the start of cooperation by signing a Memorandum.

An innovative approach to education is what Ukrainian education needs for its further development. New trends are changing the labour market and require future professionals to quickly adapt to these challenges, which is why practical skills are particularly important.

Working with our system will be part of the training and will help students to develop an understanding of company business processes. The advantage is that this programme provides not only a theoretical introduction to the product, but also practical mastery of the intricacies of working with UGLA ERP. Each participant of the programme will receive a certificate confirming the skills they have acquired. However, the most important thing is that graduates will have the necessary knowledge to work with a modern Ukrainian system.

Next month, we will start training for KAI teachers, and then students will have the opportunity to learn all the details about business automation. Our team not only improves businesses, but also cares about those who will work in this field in the future. Reforming education is a process that requires considerable effort and time, but UGLA is making its contribution right now. We are grateful to Kyiv Aviation Institute for their trust and readiness to work together to improve Ukrainian education.
