The UGLA team is working to make the use of our software product as convenient and multifunctional as possible for Ukrainian entrepreneurs. New integrations have already become part of the UGLA system. All it takes is a minimum of time, and the software will automatically transfer the data, as ensuring customer convenience is our main task.

The first update is integration with the well-known Prom.ua marketplace. The benefits that users will receive significantly simplify the control and business processes. Now, through UGLA’s software solution, you can easily set up pricing, specify the validity period of prices, indicating their type, currency and target audience. In addition, it is possible to set the frequency of price updates. The processes of setting up a catalogue and website are already available in our programme, so now you don’t need to spend much effort on these processes. This means that entrepreneurs can create a catalogue, choose the main language, add items, and classify their types. An important feature for scaling up a business is the automatic translation of the catalogue into any language with the possibility of manual editing. Import of goods is automatic, after which all products are displayed on the Prom.ua website.

Logistics has become even easier through integration with Nova Poshta, as parcels can be created directly in UGLA ERP. Inside the system, when going to the Logistics section, the user selects ‘Create parcel’, after which the necessary data is filled in. This stage involves selecting the type of delivery and cargo, service, payer, cost and payment method. If necessary, you can add a description to the parcel. The city of destination is automatically selected through Nova Poshta’s API. The weight of the goods and the number of places required are also pulled up from Nova Poshta. After specifying the recipient’s data and saving the information, users will receive a PDF file of the waybill, and the parcel and its status will be displayed in the system, where it can be tracked at any time.
